A new company with extensive experience. I started Arkansas TEK Connect because of the explosion of technology, both in the home and at the office, and it’s seemingly constant changing and updating without the reduction of complexity. I have been in the telecom/computer business for 23 years in corporate America and have dabbled with almost every type of electronic device common to man. I work with two others with like experience of 26 and 18 years respectively. Being in the business and exposed to technology, I often wondered how the person with other interests dealt with the changing technologies around them. Who do you call when problems arise? Each new device seems to need a different person to install, setup, service or change it. It becomes confusing just trying to find the right provider and then to actually get professional help to solve your needs.
